Some days Gizmo comes up and sits on my lap without any poking or prodding.
It has to be documented.
In other news, this quarter is going to be an odd one. But hopefully a good one!

If my schedule had stayed as it was, I would have been in school.
Instead, I had an extra day of summer! Woo hoo!

Philly to Donny P's

Went up to Philly to get my schedule for the quarter. Financial aid sucks, but got a bonus day off due to some schedule changes. Nobody tell my work! Then later journeyed to Donny P's and Super Walmart. Which I suppose is now just Walmart again. As all the Walmarts are super sized now.

Oh those Wildwood days

 

Spent a day in North & East Wildwood. Saw a sad Gimpy seagull and a sad dance troupe. 

Highlight: Hearing Blue (Da Ba Dee) by Eiffel 65. TRUST ME.

No singing allowed

Woke up to the phone ringing. Cut from work again. Took advantage of the bonus day off and went up to Philly to grab some grub and sing some tunes. Food? Check. Karaoke? MIA! The one time I don't call before hand is the time that the Elephant & Castle don't have karaoke on a Saturday. That is my luck. So, went walk about in the city. Nice night, nice sights, but too many people swimming in that fountain.

Be Brave

After my whopping four hour shift at work, I had a really lazy day, but since I am on my summer break, I do not feel guilty about it. Later I went to see "Brave" with James. It was life changing. I learned a lot about myself, life, and fate. For instance, to change your fate, you must turn you mother into a bear. And also, I am a lesbian. Thanks, Pixar!

My last 4th of July as a New jersey residence?
Possibly so. And while the tram cars made me mad,
it was a lovely time regardless. Then I drove home
in a thunderstorm and found Gizmo on the upper tier
of my desk. So odd. Kind of wish I had bought that
teal, sparkly starfish ring though...

Lazy Tuesday

Did a whole lot of nothing, but I got to sit outside
and enjoy the weather and that should be enough
for anyone.
