Can we afford to do this?

I just googled infectious mononucleosis (aka mono). Apparently I don't have it. I thought it was possible considering how fatigued I am all the time. I would say that for the first time in years I'm sleeping plenty, more than enough, but it certainly doesn't feel that way. I feel more tired all the time than I have when my insomnia was at its worst. Maybe it's the time change. Maybe it's the weather. I'm not sure. Whatever it is. It sucks. I'm going to sleep through November and have a nervous breakdown when Christmas is nearly here! Santa Schmanta indeed.
