Just one sucky night all around

I have a slew of canker sores in my mouth so I'm reliving the glory days of when I could move my mouth more easily. Oh, it's like it was only yesterday, but actually it was Saturday. And now I'm feeling sick. I don't like the state of my glands. And am I the only one that has to avoid watching the debates because the pounding of their own heart is too unbearable?
